I sat with my prima in DR Lounge sipping a Bacardi and Coke when two young men approached us. One wore his hair in a ponytail while the other looked like the rest and sported a clean cut. Pony Tail immediately asked me to dance. He led me to the small dance floor and spun me throug a great salsa song. I was impressed with his skills: A man who can dance salsa is sexy! And then, he opened his mouth.
I give Madonna props for being a cougar and living her life as she sees fit, but this piece of information annoys me! It turns out her boy toy, Jesus Luz, is going to be a new singing sensation all due to Madge. Like we need any more songs overloaded with auto-tune!
I had abandoned American Idol for seasons but now am watching for one reason and one reason only - Ellen Degeneres. I love her humor and personality, and I wanted to see how the new dynamics would play out. And by dynamics I mean the fireworks between Ellen and Simon. You see, Simon has been very vocal about missing Paula. He has also stated he is leaving AI after this season. Now I watch on, trying to pick up tension and telling body language between the two judges.
Remember that news item that claimed JLo was dropped by her label? It's still true, but Jennifer Lopez wants to set the record straight on why and how the deal breaker went down, and also wants to assure her fans that her album "Love?" will be released as planned. Here is her statement:
OctoMom went on The View to talk about poopie diapers and how much energy she has due to "DNA". She also cackled her way through the interview (her laugh is diabolical and just crazy!) and spoke about how she didn't want to be impregnated with all those babies during the procedure. Whitney Houston's comeback has hit a few rough patches. She is currently on tour in Australia and performed last night, but concert goers have complained of Whitney's performance. A few audience members even asked for their money back!
